Dear FIA,

1. First could you please REINTRODUCE Active Electronics in F1? Next
Could you please REINTRODUCE  'Drive By Wire' Systems in F1? Next Could
you please REINTRODUCE ABS Systems in F1? Next Could you please
REINTRODUCE Active Transmissions in F1? Next Could you please
REINTRODUCE Active Suspensions in F1?

2. Could you please INTRODUCE 6.9 Litres Engines in F1?

3. Assuming that a 6.9 Litres Engine would have a power of 1800 HP
(1HP=746 watt) what would be the top speed, Vmax, of a McLaren in the
German GP?

4. We have

P (1-p_mec)=  rho Cx Sx Vmax^3 => 

=> Vmax=( 2 P (1-p_mec) / (rho Cx Sx) )^1/3

5. So assuming that the McLarens in the German GP have a Cx=0.69 (note
that Opel Tigra, Audi A4 and Audi A3 have a Cx=0.28),  Sx=1.5m^2,
p_mec=0.17, rho=1.2Kg/m^3 we would have 

Vmax=(2*1800*746*(1-0.17) / (1.2*0.69*1.5))^1/3=122m/s= 437Km/h!!! 

6. Dear FIA, please don't forget (AGAIN) to fill the escapes of the very
fast corners (that is Vcorner>76Km/h) with very hard tyres (that is
Gtyres=-37g's). 

7. Dear FIA, please note that assuming a Chassis_Deformation=0.57m, a
frontal crash into a wall with Vcrash=76Km/h would produce a
deceleration of Gcrash=-45g during delta_t_crash=50ms and the Brain
limit is exactly -45g during 50ms (with greater decelerations and/or
greater delta_t_crash we will have irreversible Brain lesions).

8. Dear FIA, please note that 11 rows of Tyres with Gtyres=-37g in the
Ratzemberger escape would have had save him.

9. Dear FIA, please note that 3 rows of Tyres with Gtyres=-37g in the
Senna escape would have had save him.

10. Dear FIA, thank you for your REINTRODUCTIONS and INTRODUCTIONS in
F1.
