errata for Papadimitriou's Computational Complexity

Here is a copy of an old errata page for Computational Complexity by Christos Papadimitriou;

and below is a list of other corrections added since then:

p 461, Figure 19-1: there should be an extra vertex between the bottom of the bottom diamond, and the three bottom vertices, because the next to last choice should be universal corresponding to the "and"s and the last choice should be existential, corresponding to the "or"s.
