A Deep Thought with which to start your Monday... on Coffee and Orthography:

The word coffee is one of those charming examples in the English language of
a word for which a phonetic equivalent can be formed without using any of the
letters from its actual spelling. (I'd like to credit the original source
for this observation, except I don't remember what it is. Anguished English?)

Thus, if you are still upset about the new titles for members of the
collective, feel free to start calling it "Monday Morning Kauphy" in protest.

While you are pondering the possibilities (do tell us!), come to the lounge
for your weekly treat of kauphy, bay-gels, and do-nots. In closing, 3 trivia:

Celestrivia: Last Thursday brought a lunar eclipse, Saturn brightly shining
just below the darkened disk of our satellite. Despite a cloudy forecast,
the whimsical New England weather regaled sky observers with a clear night.
