Greetings! As announced last week, today we have an invigorating Monday
Morning Coffee, to help us resume work after a long holiday weekend blessed
with wonderful weather. We will offer the usual full lineup: decaf, medium
and dark roast, bagels & cream cheese donuts. For the lucky first dozen
people to come there's mini-muffins (blueberry) at cost (25c) for old times'
sake, when an ice-cream cone sold for a nickel (cf. "Summer of '42") and one
had to walk 10 miles in the snow to get to school.

Which presents an interesting problem: how should the schools be placed so
that they are 10 miles away from each schoolchild's home? Since the lore is
that one must be able to _walk_ to them, _under the elements_, solutions must
be restricted to schools placed on the surface of the planet. Interesting
answers will be published here.

Be well
