Coffee, bagels, donuts and cream cheese will be served in the lounge at 10 AM.

You may have noticed some members of the department dressed more elegantly
than usual on some recent Fridays. This is not a coincidence. Cris Pedregal
is leading an initiative to improve the image of the department, by
promoting "Dress-Up Fridays". Think of it as the inverse of "Dress-Down" or
"Casual Dress" days in the corporate world. Anyway, if you'd like to add to
the display of sartorial splendor, we encourage you to do so. It doesn't just
have to happen on Fridays, either....
