Jim Partan

I am a graduate student in Computer Science at UMass-Amherst, and a Research Engineer at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. I am working on underwater acoustic wireless networks -- disruption-tolerant, ad hoc communication networks for mobile underwater vehicles.
