I am a postdoctoral fellow at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. My research involves the further development of the SCOP Database. In February 2013, I received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. My thesis work, directed by Professor Ileana Streinu, was in the area of computational geometry and computational biology. I worked on applications of rigidity theory to understanding protein flexibility, and with other members of LinKaGe, developed the KINARI software, a general C++ library for rigidity analysis.
